Step 3
Tuckpointing & Brick Replacement
Spalled bricks are replaced and mortar joints repointed with a color-matched, weather-resistant mix.
Step 4
Flashing Replacement
Failed step and counter flashing is replaced and sealed so the roof-to-chimney junction is leak-free.
Step 5
Waterproofing
A breathable silane/siloxane sealer is applied to slow future water intrusion without trapping moisture.
